Administrator, Quality Control

SUMMARY

The Company is looking for a Quality Control Administrator to assist with maintaining the company’s multifamily portfolio located in San Francisco and Berkeley. The ideal candidate is someone looking for exposure to many aspects of the real estate investment industry.

The Company is a property management company focused on managing residential apartment properties in the Bay Area.  The Company seeks to attract and retain motivated real estate professionals who love the unique local Bay Area culture.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control inspections and Matterport scans.
  • Conducting building inspections through HappyCo.
  • Manage the Inspection and maintenance of all buildings with no RM assigned.
  • Posting notices on tenant doors and in the lobby as needed or coordinating with RM’s to facilitate these postings.
  • Responding to directions from multiple team members.
  • Working independently off-site as needed in various locations.
  • Assisting Property Operations Managers with all vendors on-site.
  • Coordinating access for Move-Out inspection site visits.
  • Preparing Pre- Move Out inspection reports.
  • Preparing unit readiness inspections (before a unit turns over from construction to leasing).
  • Updating inspection statuses for the team on Monday.com.
  • Communicating with residents after Move-Out inspections are completed.
  • Maintaining a good relationship with vendors and strong customer service skills to walk through challenging in-person scenarios.
  • Cash collections and deposits from laundry services, as needed.
  • Assistance with property tours, as needed.
  • Intercom user management, as needed.
  • Liaison with SF DPH and other government entities, as needed.
  • Supporting the Maintenance team through assessment of work orders, and performing light maintenance, as needed.
  • Special projects as needed.
  • Required to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
  • Oversee Resident Managers in your region and ensure they are performing weekly building inspections.
  • Perform common area inspections at all buildings visited for routine pre-move out inspections.
  • Train and RM’s on your team on how to use Happy Co.
  • Support RM’s in your region when they are out sick/ on vacation by performing RM coverage.

 

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with iPhone/ iPad apps- Matterport, Monday.com experience is preferred.
  • Firm understanding of confidentiality.
  • Solid organizational skills and multitasking capability.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and complete work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to communicate with external parties via phone/email.
  • Ability to perform light maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to assess maintenance needs.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer service skills with multilingual candidates preferred (Spanish or Chinese)
  • Knowledge of HappyCo, Matterport, Monday.com preferred.
