Administrator, Quality Control-Leasing

 

SUMMARY

The Company is seeking an Administrator, Quality Control-Leasing to support our rapidly growing team. The Administrator, Quality Control-Leasing will be responsible for executing all activities related to Quality Control and Leasing. The ideal candidate is someone looking for exposure to many aspects of the real estate investment industry and possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Our architectural crew then carefully renovates each structure, restoring its unique characteristics, and builds modern amenities into the units. Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed quality control inspections and perform Matterport scans specifically tailored to leasing operations
  • Utilize HappyCo for comprehensive building inspections, focusing on areas critical to leasing activities
  • Oversee the inspection and maintenance of properties, ensuring readiness for leasing and adherence to quality standards
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with Resident Managers (RMs) for posting notices and conducting move-out inspections
  • Prepare detailed pre-move-out inspection reports and update the leasing team on inspection statuses using Monday.com
  • Ensure unit readiness post-construction, transitioning smoothly to the leasing phase with rigorous quality checks
  • Liaise effectively with the San Francisco Department of Public Health (SF DPH) and other government entities on matters affecting leasing operations
  • Support property operations and maintenance teams, providing backup and ensuring seamless leasing activities
  • Engage in special projects aimed at improving leasing processes and tenant satisfaction

 

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with iPhone/iPad applications, especially Matterport and Monday.com
  • Experience with HappyCo software preferred, demonstrating a strong grasp of property inspection tools

  • Ability to manage complex situations and maintain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated capability in documenting processes and communications in line with company policy
