Administrator, Lead Generation

SUMMARY

The Company is seeking an Administrator, Lead Generation to support our rapidly growing team. The Administrator, Lead Generation, will play a crucial role in driving our leasing efforts. Your primary responsibility is to generate high-quality leads for apartment rentals, contributing to the growth and success of our leasing department. This role involves strategic planning, market research, and collaboration with marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady flow of prospective tenants.

The Company is a property management company focused on managing residential apartment properties in the Bay Area. The Company seeks to attract and retain motivated real estate professionals who love the unique local Bay Area culture.

At Ballast, we believe it is possible for renters to experience San Francisco’s old-world charm without having to endure the 70’s avocado fridge. We work hard to find historic apartment buildings in all the best San Francisco neighborhoods. Our architectural crew then carefully renovates each structure, restoring its unique characteristics, and builds modern amenities into the units. Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies tailored for the apartment leasing market
    • Conduct market research to identify potential leasing opportunities and target demographics
    • Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and traditional advertising methods to generate leads
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling advertising campaigns and promotional materials
    • Coordinate with the leasing team to understand specific property features and leasing requirements
    • Foster relationships with real estate brokers, relocation agencies, and other potential referral sources
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead-generation strategies
    • Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates
    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management review
  • Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:
    • Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate interest in apartment listings
    • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with potential tenants
  • Market Analysis and Trends:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends in the real estate and rental markets
    • Adjust lead generation strategies based on market changes and company goals
    • Provide insights and suggestions for new market opportunities and potential partnerships

 

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, lead generation, or related roles required
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in real estate or property management
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and CRM software
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and rental industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions
